Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rocc. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 14days from the date of purchase.

 

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• The return package must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
